Sorry, we are all out of White Zinfindel in this section.
What goes with what? Some people don't like to take bold steps in seasoning foods. If that's the case you need to exit now. We like to promote big wines and great seasoning combinations. You know the basics; red with red meat and white with white meat and so on....and so on..... BORING.
Mix them up and you'll be surprised as to the new experience your about to encounter.
**To Hot to Handle - Blend: Try a Pinot with it, you'll find that the soft finish of the Pinot not only will compliment the food your serving, but excite your taste buds with these new sensations.
**Jamaican A Pass at Me? - Blend: Try a Chenin Blanc - Whatever your cooking it will compliment the flavor profile of the food and seasoning.
**Luscious Lemon Pepper Blend: Try a Rutherford Merlot, any year will do, especially if your cooking steaks.
My recommendations are only from my own experiences and have nothing to do with anything but great taste. I Love great food seasoned right and great wine to go with it. Some people spend way too much time trying to figure out the perfect wine for the perfect food. I have always used one rule of thumb - the more wine you experience the more your going to find something that works.
Please email suggestions - we'll put them on our site and put your name in lights! wendy@sexyseasonsings.com
